Mailchimp All Access is a series of boutique events specifically catered to the agencies within Mailchimp’s partner program. The event name embodies what our partner agencies gain by attending: access to Mailchimp leadership, access to exclusive content, product updates and offers, access to a business coach, access to each other.

My team was responsible for creating the branding playbook, overseeing the development of collateral and signage by our production agencies, creating all promotional assets across social and email, as well as designing two custom stage fabrications for the events in New York and Los Angeles.

Due to the success in New York and Los Angeles, we also decided to bring Mailchimp All Access to London. We worked with our UK production partner Bearded Kitten to host an event at the Library, a historic venue within the Royal College of Surgeons dating back to 1800.

To incorporate our brand a bit more into this historic venue, we worked with local artist Bob Venables to create an oil portrait of Mailchimp’s mascot, Freddie. Above a marble fireplace in a gilded frame, he acted as a unique branded photo opportunity.
